What are the common types of pattern conveyor belts

Common types of pattern conveyor belts include: herringbone pattern conveyor belt (herringbone conveyor belt includes convex and concave herringbone conveyor belts), eight-shaped pattern conveyor belt, fish bone pattern conveyor belt, U-shaped pattern conveyor belt, cylindrical type Pattern conveyor belt, black dot pattern conveyor belt, etc., grass pattern conveyor belt, etc.
The pattern conveyor belt is composed of a belt body and a pattern part. Due to the different materials to be transported and the inclination of the conveyor, the shape and height (depth) of the pattern are required to be different. The types of commonly used pattern conveyor belts are as follows:
Herringbone pattern
Features: There is a "herringbone" pattern on the belt surface that is higher than the belt body. The pattern can be open or closed. Each pattern can be divided into three types: high, medium and low.
Uses: Suitable for conveying powder, granular, and small materials with an inclination angle of ≤40 degrees, and also for conveying bagged materials.

Striped pattern
Features: There are strip patterns on the belt surface that are higher than the belt body. The patterns are divided into three types: high, medium and low. Each pattern can be divided into sparse and dense forms according to the arrangement spacing.
Purpose: Suitable for horizontal transportation of packaging materials with an inclination angle of ≤30 degrees. If it is grooved, it can replace the herringbone pattern.
Grainy pattern
Features: There are grain patterns on the belt surface that are higher than the belt body or recessed into the belt body. The pits can also be made into square holes or prismatic and cloth patterns.
Purpose: Convex grain pattern is suitable for conveying soft packages or materials requiring gripping force (such as cardboard boxes) or non-sliding conveying.
The pit-shaped granular pattern is suitable for conveying granular materials with an inclination angle of ≤45 degrees.
Fan pattern
Features: There are half-sector (or 1/4 round) patterns on the belt surface. When the tape is grooved, the pattern is combined into a fan shape (or semicircle), which belongs to the high pattern type.
Purpose: Suitable for conveying powder, granule and bulk materials with a large inclination angle of ≤60 degrees.
